A humanitarian trip to the City of Cochabamba, Bolivia is currently being planned. The tentative dates are August 15 until the 28th. Dr. Helmer Velez has been appointed by the Bolivian Chiropractic Association as a chiropractic liaison between Bolivia and the chiropractic institutions in Southern California. He is currently working with not only Southern California University of Health Sciences, but Life West, Cleveland Chiropractic College and Palmer West as well to bring a group of interns to Bolivia to treat between 2000 to 4000 patients during this time. Although there had previously been a group of students who had planned to go Bolivia in April, the dates have changed but the mission is still the same. The intent is to bring chiropractic care and knowledge to underprivileged people in the country while building upon the hard work which previous groups from SCU have accomplished. This mission is not connected to any club or organization.

Oh wait. Yes, I have. I’m sorry, but I just don’t have it in me right now to type it all out again. Besides, it was just ramblings anyway. You didn’t want to hear me go on and on about this, right?
